What is the return policy?

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, including clearance, discounted, or promotional items, are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

  1. Use Your Own Shipping Label: To initiate your return, please package your item(s) securely and send them back using your own shipping method. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return arrives safely.
  2. Include Your Order Number: Include a copy of your order receipt or the order number inside the return package for faster processing.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer return shipping labels at this time.

Store Credit & Processing:

  • Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the items, we will issue a store credit via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for return or exchange and cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • Currently, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item(s) and place a new order for the correct size or color.
